In Chapter 497 (read it on LINE) there was a big revelation about how Dark Spear was created and the initial dealings of Frankenstein with the Union. What most readers fail to notice was the blue haired Elder who supposedly died while trying to control the Dark Spear.
Its mentioned how good hearted he is or at least that's what Frankenstein thought.
But we saw a guy with same design in the spinoff series (Noblesse: Rai's Adventure ) who served as the main antagonist. He called himself Lord Kurmark.
Kurmark was given the Blood Stone by a some mysterious guy in hood.
With the help of cursed stone he started spreading chaos in the human realm. Killing great number of humans in order to gain more strength. He finally met his end at the end of Rai.
So the Elder we saw in flashback of Frankenstein and the Kurmark guy from spinoff series...are they one person? Or a mistake on artist's part by creating two characters with similar design ?
If they are same than perhaps Kurmark tricked everyone in believing he was devoured by the Dark Spear. Or perhaps he was the main bad guy at the Union while trying to act as honorable in front of Frankenstein to win his trust?
Why I'm thinking that both Elder and Kurmark are same is because author focused on that Elder in a flashback even though he should serve no more role. Authors trying to add a bit of background to some casualty of Dark Spear won't make much sense. Because authors have never added any background to most villains.
So if Kurmark and Elder same than perhaps the guy who gave him Blood Stone is responsible for Maduke and First Elder having a mine of Blood Stone.
What are your thoughts on this? Am I thinking too much on a insignificant character? Or there is truly more to him than we see?

Dont take it to serious, i perfer waiting what author will give us next, if its true he is kurmark so what is the different ? I dont think it wilk change anything, in fact even if franky know kurmark is such person, i think its only make franky warth to union more thick, but if not who care he already dead except author decide to troll us with make him somehow alive, like how mazuka alive after give all his power/life? to rai.
