In the werewolves laboratory, Frankenstein is doing his best to wake Muzaka.
Lunark arrives near him and they have a conversation. Some cute moments. Lunark notes Muzaka has regained his top physical condition with his regeneration ability back.
Frankenstein is worried because even if the body is in perfect shape it doesn't mean the coma would end. Though Frankenstein would do his best as soon as possible otherwise Rai might try to transfer his life-force.
Frankenstein jokes he wouldn't mind slapping Muzaka if it can wake him up.

Near the shore, Rai is gazing at the scenery. Frankenstein arrives and greet his master. He assures Rai that Muzaka is recovering and he would wake up Muzaka no matter.
Rai knows about Frankenstein's worry. Rai assures him that he no longer plans to transfer his life-force or even think about it. Rai says his previous thoughts regarding transferring life-force weren't because he didn't have faith in Frankenstein. Frankenstein, with a smile, says he is aware of that.
Their conversation is broken by the intrusion of Lunark. Lunark inform Frankenstein about a visitor.
Third Elder has arrived in the werewolves land. The werewolf warriors have gathered around. Third Elder assures them that he hasn't came here for a battle.
Rai, Frankenstein and Lunark arrive. Frankenstein is rather surprised that Third Elder wants to meet him seeing their recent battle .
Third Elder explains of his goal. He wants to inform Frankenstein about the change in ownership of the Union. Dr. Crombell has taken over the Union.
This comes as a shock to the werewolves and Frankenstein. Frankenstein did expected Crombell to have grand ambitions but he never thought he would take over the Union so soon.
Third Elder explains that Dr. Crombell was hiding his true powers, and he took advantage of First Elder's injuries.
Frankenstein doesn't understand why such a thing should matter since for them Union is Union no matter who leads.
Third Elder then proceed to explain Dr. Crombell's true goals: wiping out the human race.
This revelation shocks everyone including Rai.
Third Elder explains that Crombell wants to wipe out humanity and start a new race full of his modified henchmen. In the new world he would be The God.
Frankenstein finds this crazy.
Still Frankenstein ask why would Third Elder inform him about all of these as they are enemies. Third Elder says that Frankenstein might not agree but both 3rd & 1st want to help human race.
The Union was founded for the sake of human race. Union might have done morally questionable things but he couldn't allow the Union to be used for destroying humanity.
Third Elder plans to return and delay Crombell. It is impossible for him to kill Crombell , but he still has some control over Union and he wants to use it to stop Crombell.
The Union controls the entire human world. They have complete control over the political and military situations around the world.
Crombell can easily destroy the humanity by staging wars between different nations.
