In the South Korea, Tao inform good guys about the damage caused on Werewolves territory by missiles. The recent damage suffered by the werewolves made the defense system of werewolves weakened .
Frankenstein explain how the werewolves have adapted the way of humans. They have the weapon technology of humans with werewolves having many secret base around the world . But now those bases have been captured by the Union.
Nobles don't have the technology of humans but they have intelligence agencies (what a joke). Now those agencies are being hunted down by the Union.
The aim of the attack was to warn the nobles and werewolves that if they leave their land to help the humans....Crombell would attack them.
Crombell doesn't really care if the nobels and werewolves attack Union because he could use the distraction for exterminating human race. All possible actions of the werewolves and nobles would help Crombell.
Tao inform Frankenstein that he has found ten possible locations of Crombell. It is dangerous though because if tye good guys attack one fake location then Crombell would change his base.
Meanwhile, Crombell is informed by his subordinate that their plan has been hindered due to the action of Third Elder. Crombell tells them to use the next plan if the previous plan is not working...attack different cities around the world.
Back in South Korea, the third elder contact Frankenstein to inform him about the movements of Crombell's henchmen. Bad guys have started attacking innocents world wide.
Frankenstein ask Tao to tell him the possible locations of Crombell. Tao tells it is dangerous but Frankenstein says they have no choice because they can't let Crombell attack humans again. Rai tells he would accompany Frankenstein in his hunt for Crombell .
Frankenstein accept his master's will.

i think we might be in the final arc of Nobleese :( i really don't want the Noblesse series to end even after the Crombell arc has ended :(
