The children discuss about the explosion in the city. Government said they were caused by gas explosion, but on Internet there are rumors of missile attack .There are even rumors of fight between Espers/Mutants. Whatever it was the children are sure the government is hiding stuff.
Yuri is back at Crombell's base. Aris chides Yuri for creating a scene but Crombell forgive him. Crombell understand Yuri's emotions so he doesn't blame him.
The new powers of Yuri came at a terrible cost: his lifespan. He has very short lifespan remaining but he doesn't mind as long as he can take revenge.
Crombell assures him that soon he would get his revenge as Crombell plans to take action .
A masked henchman inform Crombell about the progress they have made with Union. They have found about the clues on the attack satellites secretly commissioned by First Elder. The masked henchman assures Crombell that soon they would have more data on the satellites. Crombell smirk.
KSA and Tao/M-21 have a video conference. KSA inform them of how they are handling the damage and preventing the information from leaking . But the rumors of fight between Yuri and good guys have been leaked on Internet.
KSA are surprised how Union can so openly attack without fearing discovery as in the past they were afraid of other races. Tao inform them about the changes in power hierarchy and the present crisis of werewolves.
KSA then tell good guys about the casualties: thousands of lives were lost. The casualty number is only increasing.
KSA give the good guys another bad news: KSA tried to inform the other human organization about Union's plans to exterminate human race . But none of them believed it. So KSA tried to contact good guys so that they can vouch for news to the other organization... But they lost contact! Union's new system is interfering with Tao's communication .
The conversation end. Tao contact the other RK members who are covering the different parts of city. Karias inform them of Lukedonia's plan. The nobles can't leave Lukedonia as it would make it vulnerable to attacks. But Raskreia plans to give all possible help which is why she didn't ask the clan leaders to return .
Tao request RK members to take care of city as he ends his conversation. M-21 who is with Tao at home says he should leave as well now that he has recovered from his injuries. Tao ask M-21 to undergo few scans which he declines.
Suddenly a new voice arrives and says M-21 to follow Tao's advice. Frankenstein and Raizel have arrived!
Frankenstein has learned of the attack in city so he ask for more details. Tao inform him how Yuri used his powers in the middle of city. Rai and Frankenstein are shocked when they learn that thousands of innocents have died.
Frankenstein is angry!
