The hype from last chapter is nothing but another false hope. The blood-red field is nothing but a worst case scenario precaution installed by Maduke previously in case if even a single energy sucking device is destroyed.
The new bullshit plot device starts sucking energy out of every living being in the werewolf territory no matter plant, noble or human. Maduke regenerates for the hundredth times and starts bragging again that he is countless times stronger than before.
Muzaka attacks again and fails again. The pattern of bad guy's regeneration and good guys' complaining of exhaustion continues on. Frankenstein once again states the obvious that they have to launch an attack which can destroy Maduke before he regenerates. This guy is asking for a beating from readers, and he deserves to face-slapped for calling himself the smartest human in this series. The amount of common sense is getting low...
Rai once again comes to the rescue with his overpowered abilities even though he should be dead after using his little remaining lifespan in his fight with Titan, Muzaka and Maduke recently. He starts using the ability which wiped out the existence of Titan.
But the ability fails due to lack of energy. You're thinking finally the plot element of Rai getting weaken would work, huh? Dream on! Author pulls another Dragon Ball ripoff!! Muzaka lends Rai his powers!! Some amazing creativity here!
Maduke is wiped out from existence. Both Muzaka and Rai are exhausted beyond words. (But hey! It's Noblesse so don't worry!)
