In distant past Muzaka offered the position of Lord to Maduke as the former knew how unpopular he was among his race.
Maduke denied as the position of Lord is a honor reserved for the strongest of the race, and not to mention the race won't accept the decision. Maduke takes his leave and thinks that Muzaka offered to abdicate due to his hidden affair with the human woman.
In present, Maduke finds it unbelievable that he still can't overcome Muzaka. Well, that’s the power of plot armor for you. As you would expect he is defeated by a guy who should have zero stamina left.
Maduke's bosy is destroyed with his regeneration power weakened.
Muzaka comes before him and tells the name of his own daughter and his lover...the ones Maduke killed. He state that now is the time he would die. A very cool looking scene.
The fear of death makes Maduke recover from his heavy injuries in an instant. But the cost is the loss of power by his underlings... Wannabe Lagus Tradio it seems.
